As time draws closer to the release of our House for the Homeless charity album, The Waveform Transmitter’s Ste Knight reveals the track list and running order for the record.
Well, well, well. Six months ago, I don’t think any of us were expecting to be releasing a charity album, in aid of Crisis, with top artists from around the globe. Never in a million years did we think our small electronic music website, very much in its infancy, would have the ability to convince some of the best producers on the scene to get involved (not that any of them actually took any convincing).
Fast forward to June, and we are well on the way to releasing our first ever record, and a release date of July 15th has been pencilled in for House for the Homeless to be unleashed upon the public ears. Believe you me, this album is back-to-back bangers, and chock-full of exclusive and unreleased tracks. What’s not to love?
So, what does the running order look like? Well, we’re going to give you a sneak peek, right now! We’ve started the album out on a summery vibe, with some lovely melodic house, before we steer the listener into techno territory, via progressive house, acid, and tech-house.
1: Jammhot – Serenity (Demi Re-Edit)
2: Wood Drift – Broken Promises
3: Daniel Steinberg – It’s Raining
4: Matuss – Solicitors are Welcome
5: Odette – It Will Come
6: Yousef – Strange Girl (Crisis Edit)
7: Matt Sawyer – Adagio
8: Kristin Velvet – Fantasy
9: Danny Howells – Gone Tomorrow
10: Mr.C – E-Motion
11: Vanni & Fav – Affinity (House for the Homeless Dub)
12: Lonya – Righteousness (Denny Loco Mix)
13: Electric Rescue – Antom
Now all you need to do is wait for the album to come out!
